“New Year’s Eve” celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, in the intertwining stories told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.
In the film, Katherine Heigl plays Laura Carrington – a caterer who is forced to work on December 31. Her former boyfriend, who is now a famous rock star attends this party.
According to Kheigl.com, Katherine was full of praise for her rock musician co-star Jon Bon Jovi, with whom she shared some romantic scenes, telling reporters at the 18th Annual Ellen Women In Hollywood Tribute that he was “just a gem, one of the nicest guys ever.”
The movie is scheduled to hit theaters December 9, 2011.
