They are going to discuss all things “Dating Rules” and they will surely talk about the good news that the web series was sold to Disney for TV. On May 4th, it was announced that the series received a second season order.

BLYTHE DANNER, John Barrowman, and Sarah Bolger won’t be returning to Boston to film new episodes of “Gilded Lilys.” The ABC period drama, produced by “Grey’s Anatomy” creator Shonda Rhimes, wasn’t picked up to continue beyond the pilot episode. [...]

William Sadler played Andrew Carnegie in the pilot about the story of the first luxury hotel built in New York City in 1895. “Gilded Lilys” was executive-produced by Shonda Rhimes.

As earlier reported, the pilot is about a famous fashion industry family and was shoot in New York City in March. Anthony LaPaglia plays designer Robert Soulter and Emilie de Ravin is his daughter Francesca. Ashley Greene, Tiffany Hines and Christine Adams are also starring.

Since the show did not make it on the ABC Network fall schedule, the french Emilie de Ravin fansite Emily.de.ravin and Ashley Greene Central started a petition.
