The girl was beating up a doll that was suppose to be Tess, and I mean she was ripping it's head of and practically killing it. The doctor said she has issues with women. Liz in confessional:

Liz: Hi I'm Liz Parker and about an hour ago I went to the anger management session. Alex was told he had issues dealing with his inner child. Alex having inner child issues? He practically kicked the crap out of me when I touched his Woody doll. I was only taking it away from Kyle. He was also told he has issues with Tom Hanks, like over bearing parental issues and a desire to please Tom. (in the living space, Kyle is holding the Woody doll and yelling at it near his pants)

Kyle: Woody you want to give me wood, you know you do. But you aren't man enough. (starts to hit the doll) Not man enough for me.

Alex: (in his superman Pajamas, and holding Lamp Chop and has a video tape in his hand) What are you doing Kyle with Woody?

Kyle: (puts Woody down) What's the tape?
