Zap2It: UPN Bumps Up 'Buffy,' 'Roswell' Premieres

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - "Buffy" fans will find out one week sooner how
exactly their heroine is supposed to return from the dead.

UPN has bumped up the season premieres of its newly acquired series "Buffy
the Vampire Slayer" and "Roswell" by a week. They now debut on Tuesday, Oct.
2, at 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 9 p.m. respectively.

The network made the move so that "Buffy" would be closer to the premiere of
"Enterprise," the new "Star Trek" series, which debuts Sept. 26.

"Buffy," which ended its run on The WB with a what appeared to be a fitting
series (rather than season) finale, starts its UPN stint with a two-hour
opener
