The CW has bought “Trending”, a project which will be produced by Katherine and Nancy Heigl through their Abishag production company. The drama series is based on the novel “Bicoastal Babe” by Cynthia Langston and Gren Wells has been set to write the pilot.<\/p>\n

According to Kheigl.com<\/a> “Katherine read and fell in love with Cynthia Langston\u2019s novel and \u2013 being a fan of Gren Wells\u2019 work as well \u2013 the pairing seemed a natural fit. Heigl will not star in the production.”<\/em> <\/p>\n
