<\/p>\nMovie Line spoke with “True Blood” actor Stephen Moyer on his new projects during the hiatus of the HBO hit show. In this interview he was also asked, if he would ever star in a straight-up romantic comedy with Katherine Heigl.<\/p>\n

Do you also want to step out of your wheelhouse as an actor? Would you ever star in a straight-up romantic comedy with Katherine Heigl?<\/strong><\/p>\n
That\u2019s so funny. I don\u2019t see myself doing that at all but those also aren\u2019t the kind of movies that I tend to go and see. That said, I adore Four Weddings and a Funeral. I think that\u2019s almost the perfect movie and I\u2019d love to do something like that. I actually did a film [Prince Valiant] with Katherine Heigl in 1997. It was my first movie and she was 15 or 16 years old. Why not? A film that I love is Raising Arizona and that\u2019s funny but it\u2019s quite indie and weird and odd and quirky. I\u2019d love to do something like that. Who knows!<\/p>\n
When I started out, I was very idealistic about what I wanted to do and the kind of work I wanted to do. The job to me is when I\u2019m on set, at work creating. When I\u2019ve left, I\u2019ve left. What [the film] turns into, what it is, what it ends up being is out of my control. I really appreciate the process. If someone comes to me with a [different type] of character or project, I\u2019ll give it a go because I love seeing what happens.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
