Taryn Manning, Shiri Appleby and Douglas Owens are starring in this version of a Christmas Carol which is about \u201cthe tribulations of of a trashy, whiskey-soaked, unemployed hairdresser and mother [played by Taryn Manning] who is visited by three ghosts who try to show her a path to a brighter future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the early morning of December 15, 2011 Shiri <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/ShiriAppleby\/status\/147282972117176320\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a> a picture from the set which shows her with the film&#8217;s lead actress Taryn Manning. Shiri wrote <em>&#8220;Whose working at 4am? @TarynManning and I are!!&#8221; #whitetrashxmas<\/em> and Taryn <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/TarynManning\/status\/147284870694055936\" target=\"_blank\">added<\/a> <em>&#8220;Vampire shift!&#8221;<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>The movie is scheduled for potential release in 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earlier this month the production for the holiday movie &#8220;A White Trash Christmas&#8221; started.
