The show follows a partnership between the US Marshals\u2019 office and a group of convicts as they work to catch fugitives on the run. In the season premiere “An Unjust Death”, Jason Behr guest stars as Breakout Kings\u2019s newest villain. Damien is a dangerous fugitive and callous psychopath.
