As already reported, William Sadler is currently filming the ABC\u2019s period drama pilot \u201cGilded Lilys\u201d. He plays Andrew Carnegie. The drama tells the story of the first luxury hotel built in New York City in 1895. <\/p>\n
On March 23, 2012 the actor tweeted<\/a> “BYW Seafood aside, filming is going great on #TheGildedLilys. Gorgeous 1895 costumes, hair, sets,etc. All that and Blythe Danner.”<\/em> He added<\/a> yesterday, “Fun tonight on #TheGildedLilys with horse drawn carriages, footmen, top hats, white ties and tails!”<\/em><\/p>\n Although ABC has only ordered a pilot we have our fingers crossed for a full-season pickup.
