The proud new parents told <a href=\"http:\/\/celebritybabies.people.com\/2012\/06\/21\/david-walton-majandra-delfino-welcome-daughter-cecilia-delphine\/\" target=\"_blank\">People.com<\/a> <em>\u201cWe\u2019re in love with her and are having a lot of fun with our new family member.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The little baby girl weighed in at 9 lbs., 3 oz. <\/p>\n<p>When they announced the pregnancy in January Majandra thanked her fans and followers on Twitter saying <em>&#8220;Thank you so much for the congratulations my Tweeties!
