Premise: A smart but socially clumsy teen boy teams up with a “jock” friend in a plot for the two to woo simultaneously their respective dream dates (O’Keefe, Sokoloff). As you might expect, all does not turn out perfectly…<\/p>\n
Okay… so She’s All That was a teen version of Pygmalion; 10 Things I Hate About You rethunk William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew; and Cruel Intentions was a remake of Dangeous Liasons. So, if those films were all successful (they were), do you think this pattern would continue? Do you? Of course.<\/p>\n
