E! Online obtained a copy of a Fox letter, said to be addressed to Fehr, which reads in part, `Make no mistake, such a cavalier disregard of you documented commitments to the series will not be tolerated.’ Fehr’s excuse: He was in his native Canada, shooting public service announcements about sexual abuse.
