Although this session was not standing room only like Buffy, consensus seemed to point to Roswell being a show worth saving.<\/p>\n
The Reality:<\/p>\n
Yes, we know, had The WB also axed Angel UPN would have picked up the series for another two seasons instead of Roswell. And while Roswell is no Angel, it’s a core favorite that is the perfect lead-out from Buffy. In the scheme of things although this was a smart move on the part of UPN, if The WB dumps Angel don’t be too surprised if the Buffy spin-off ends up in this time period in 2002-03.<\/p>\n
