\nTV work for STAR TREK veterans
\n“STAR TREK veterans will be well represented in next season’s television<\/p>\n

shows. UPN has picked up ‘Roswell,’ which has two TREK connections –
\nexecutive producer Jonathan Frakes, and ‘head writer’ Ronald D. Moore,
\nwho wrote many of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION’s and STAR TREK: DEEP
\nSPACE NINE’s finest episodes. UPN also plan to pick up TREK writer
\nMichael Piller’s ‘Dead Zone’ as a midseason replacement. William
\nShatner will be hosting a series of ‘Iron Chef’ specials for UPN which
\ninvolve competitive cookery. And, over at Fox, Nana Visitor will be
\nreturning to her role as Madame X on ‘Dark Angel,’ where the writing
\nstaff is now headed up by former TREK writer Rene Echevarria.” End
