Majandra Delfino and her husband David Walton just officially confirmed to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-moms\/news\/david-walton-majandra-delfino-expecting-baby-2013296\" target=\"_blank\">US Magazine<\/a>, that they are expecting their second child this December.<\/p>\n<p>The couple told the magazine in a statement, <em>&#8220;We are very excited. We think our 1-year-old Cecilia is excited too, but she can\u2019t talk yet so we can\u2019t be sure.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Majandra&#8217;s Twitter followers knew way before the official announcement, yesterday. On March 30th, the actress first <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MajandraD\/status\/338165820360372225\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a> <em>&#8220;Almost burned down my apartment today. Foggy mind these days. Why do you think that is? Anyone?
