The couple welcomed their second daughter, <a href=\"http:\/\/celebritybabies.people.com\/2013\/07\/02\/colin-hanks-welcomes-daughter-charlotte\/\" target=\"_blank\">People<\/a> reports. <em>\u201cMs. Charlotte Bryant Hanks has decided to join us,\u201d<\/em> the actor, 35, tells PEOPLE exclusively. <em>\u201cShe\u2019s as happy and healthy as we are overjoyed and tired.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The couple announced the pregnancy on the red carpet at the opening night of Tom Hanks\u2019 Broadway play \u201cLucky Guy\u201d on April 1st, 2013.
