They reconnect, which does not go over well with her fellow students, with school officials or with Roman’s fellow Atrians.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think this is something we haven’t really seen before,\u201d the friendly, uber-chatty Lanter said, speaking by telephone from his Los Angeles home. \u201cOf course we’ve seen alien dramas before and shows that had aliens, but nothing quite like this one. A lot of people keep mentioning \u2018Roswell’ (1999-2002), but I didn’t know what \u2018Roswell’ was prior to this job.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce I saw stuff on the Internet about \u2018Oh, this \u201cOxygen\u201d pilot is \u201cRoswell.\u201d ‘ I Netflixed \u2018Roswell’ and watched at least half a season of it,\u201d he continued. \u201cI really enjoyed it, but \u2018Star-Crossed’ is nothing like \u2018Roswell.’ The only obvious similarity is that there are aliens living among us here on Earth, but the huge difference is that \u2018Roswell’ was about a community with a few aliens living, hidden, in the community.
