CBS took second with an 8.0\/12 (7.8\/12) aided by its Wednesday movie, &#8220;First Wives Club.&#8221; ABC fell third in line, averaging a 7.9\/12 (13.1\/20), fueled mainly by &#8220;The Drew Carey Show.&#8221; FOX pulled up in fourth with a 5.3\/8 (6.4\/9), getting some help from &#8220;Beverly Hills, 90210.&#8221; UPN placed fifth with a 3.6\/5 (3.2\/5) and the WB took sixth with a 3.1\/5 (4.1\/6).<\/p>\n<p>NBC started off the night with &#8220;Dateline,&#8221; nabbing a solid 9.9\/16. At 9 p.m., a previously aired &#8220;West Wing,&#8221; starring Martin Sheen grabbed a 9.2\/14. (last week, &#8220;The 10th Kingdom,&#8221; 7.8\/11). Following the political drama was the top performer of the night&#8211;an encore &#8220;Law &#038; Order&#8221;&#8211;which grabbed a solid 12.0\/20 (13.3\/21) at 10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>CBS started with the inner city hospital drama, &#8220;City of Angels, which grabbed a 5.9\/9 (5.8\/9) at 8 p.m. It was followed by the CBS Wednesday movie, &#8221; First Wives Club,&#8221; starring Goldie Hawn averaged a 9.0\/14 between 9-11 p.m. It peaked at 10 p.m. with a 9.5\/15 (last week, &#8221; Perfect Town, Perfect Murder,&#8221; 9.3\/14).<\/p>\n<p>ABC led off the night with &#8221; Two Guys and a Girl,&#8221; taking an 8.0\/13 at 8 p.m. &#8221; Norm&#8221; followed at 8:30 with a 6.8\/11 (last week, &#8221; Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,&#8221; 19.9\/30). Next came an encore &#8221; The Drew Carey Show,&#8221; scoring a 9.1\/14 (12.1\/18). At 9:30, &#8221; Spin City&#8221; walked with an 8.3\/12 (last week, &#8221; Norm,&#8221; 9.1\/13). And rounding out the evening, &#8221; 20\/20&#8243; garnered an 7.8\/13 (8.9\/14).<\/p>\n<p>FOX started the night with &#8221; Beverly Hills, 90210,&#8221; nabbing a 6.2\/10 (5.6\/8) at 8 p.m. It was followed by the return of &#8221; Get Real,&#8221; which was only able to pull in a 4.4\/7 (last week, &#8221; Greed,&#8221; 7.3\/11).<\/p>\n<p>UPN filled the primetime hours with &#8221; 7 Days,&#8221; pulling in a 3.3\/5 (2.7\/4). &#8221; Star Trek Voyager&#8221; followed at 9 p.m., capturing a 4.3\/7 (4.5\/7).<\/p>\n<p>The WB began the night with an encore &#8221; Dawson&#8217;s Creek,&#8221; taking a 3.2\/5 (4.6\/7) at 8 p.m. It was followed by a previously aired &#8221; Roswell,&#8221; which grabbed a 3.1\/5 (3.9\/6).&#8221; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two words: Reruns Suck.
