Grief-stricken after the loss of his young wife and unborn child, ex-Navy SEAL-turned-detective MARTIN RIGGS (Clayne Crawford, \u201cRectify\u201d) moves to California to \u201cstart over\u201d at the LAPD. He\u2019s paired up with ROGER MURTAUGH (Emmy Award nominee Damon Wayans, Sr., \u201cMy Wife and Kids,\u201d \u201cIn Living Color\u201d), who\u2019s just coming back to the job after a near-fatal heart attack. Riggs\u2019 penchant for diving headfirst into the line of fire immediately clashes with Murtaugh\u2019s prudent, by-the-book technique.
