\nThis Week: Felicity needs you…to help it survive<\/strong><\/p>\n

They say bad things happen in threes.<\/p>\n

First, NBC pulls my beloved Freaks and Geeks–right
\nafter the memorable Bill and the peanut episode, too.<\/p>\n

Then comes word (and confirmation) that Roswell is on
\nits last legs, and oh, what a good idea, the WB is
\nmoving it to Monday night in the exact same spot that
\nkilled off Hyperion Bay and Safe Harbor. (Okay, fine,
\nthose two deserved the kabosh, but still.)<\/p>\n

Can it get more depressing? The answer is yes. I
\nreceived news from some of my higher-up pals at
\nFelicity this week that our girl and her two guys are
\nin serious danger of the big C. The WB is actually
\nthreatening to yank Felicity for good if the show’s
\nratings don’t improve on Wednesday, April
\n5–Felicity’s first airing on its new day and time.
\nAre they kidding?<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, no. (Remember, these are the same
\npeople who can’t get enough of Popular.) If you’ve
\nbeen following my column at all, you know that since
\nthe first day I spied that once-frizzy gal, I’ve been
\ncompletely smitten. You know I’m a Noel supporter, and
\nyou know that Miss Spoiler herself (that would be me)
\nactually withheld from blabbing about Feli’s big
\ndecision between Ben and Noel because even I know when
\nsuperscoopage can spoil quality television.<\/p>\n

The point is this show is one of my all-time
\nfavorites, and I won’t stand by and let the WB kick it
\nin the face so they can make room for another bunch of
\nwhiny teens. They can hype all they want, but they’ll
\nstill fall short of Feli & the Gang.<\/p>\n

We’ve got to fight back. Even if you’ve already sent
\nyour bottle of Tabasco sauce to the Frog execs in
\nsupport of Roswell, you’re not done yet. We need you!
\nPick up a pen or a mouse or a cassette tape (you know,
\nlike Felicity and Sally), and let it be known that you
\nwant your Felicity!<\/p>\n

Be sure not to write “Felicity” anywhere on the

\ndoes count. I told him how supportive you’ve all been
\nin regards to the show, and he asked me to relay this
\nright back at ya: “Thank you so much for your
\nsupport…Whatever you can do to help us, the cast and
\ncrew will be eternally grateful.”<\/p>\n

Who knows, he might even owe you a major spoiler–or
