The legal drama television series created and written by Aaron Korsh \u201cSuits\u201d airs on USA Network and is currently in its seventh season with a recent renewal for season eight.<\/p>\n

Katherine took to social media to celebrate her new role as Samantha Wheeler, posing with a white mug with Louis’ catchphrase You Just Got Litt Up!<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m kinda a creepy fan girl…I hope I don\u2019t make it weird on set…😏😳Anywhoo, it\u2019s going to be SOOOOO MUUUCCHHH FUUUNNNN!\u201c<\/em> and she is going to work together with her former \u201cDoubt\u201d co-star Dul\u00e9 Hill. She added \u201cPlus I get to team back up with one of my all time favorite actors and people Mr. @dulehill I mean could life get any better??!!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Yes, it can!<\/strong><\/p>\n

She playful continues \u201cOh annndddd, this show turns actresses into princesses! Neat! So keep an eye out for my royal wedding announcement next year. Just kidding! I already married my prince @joshbkelley!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n

Aaron Korsh the creator and executive producer of the show describes Katherine’s role in the official press release the following: \u201cSamantha’s wit, charm, loyalty, strength and vulnerability will all be put to the test as she muscles her way into the firm currently known as Pearson Specter Litt.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

[…] Set to premiere later this year, Heigl will star opposite Gabriel Macht (Harvey Specter) as Samantha Wheeler -\u2013 a talented new partner at Pearson Specter Litt who challenges the status quo and will either become the firm\u2019s greatest ally \u2026 or most powerful enemy! Heigl joins the Suits ensemble alongside Macht, Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen), Rick Hoffman (Louis Litt) and new series regular Dul\u00e9 Hill (Alex Williams).<\/p>\n
