The following appeared today on gist.com<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<strong>Roswell Campaign Gets Heated<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fans of WB&#8217;s Roswell, desperate to see the show win a second season, aren&#8217;t afraid to let the debate get hot. In fact, the New York Post reports that readers of crashdown.com, a Roswell fan site, are sending network executives bottles of Tabasco sauce as part of their letter-writing campaign. (The show&#8217;s young angst-filled aliens put the hot sauce on everything.)<\/p>\n<p>Is it working? Well, the network is moving the series to Monday nights following the hit show 7th Heaven, but perhaps more importantly, &#8220;[The campaign] immediately brought a smile to our face,&#8221; said WB spokesman Brad Turrell. &#8220;It was a pleasant surprise to see people who are passionate about our programming.
