The Alphabet net led the pack with an 8.4 rating, 13 share (last week 8.2\/12). NBC and CBS tied for second, with NBC&#8217;s &#8220;Third Watch&#8221; helping it to a 7.7\/12 (7.5\/11) and CBS&#8217; &#8220;Everybody Loves Raymond&#8221; boosting the Eye to a 7.7\/12 (12.0\/18) as well . FOX placed fourth, 7.2\/11 (7.1\/10) assisted by &#8220;Ally McBeal.&#8221; The WB followed at 4.9\/7 (3.9\/6) and UPN trailed at 3.2\/5 (3.3\/5).<\/p>\n<p>ABC programmed the Monday night movie &#8220;French Kiss,&#8221; scoring an 8.2\/ 12 average (last week&#8217;s &#8220;Picture Perfect,&#8221; 8.2\/12). At 10 p.m., the just-renewed &#8220;Once and Again&#8221; pulled a 9.0\/14 (8.4\/12).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dateline NBC&#8217; kicked NBC&#8217;s lineup off at 8 p.m., taking a 7.7\/12 (7.5\/11) for the hour. Maury Povich and &#8221; Twenty One&#8221; came on at 9 p.m., with the hour-long game show falling from last week to a 7.4\/11 (8.0\/11). &#8221; Third Watch&#8221; at 10 p.m. rose from the previous week, generating an 8.2\/13 (7.0\/10).<\/p>\n<p>CBS led off with a &#8221; King of Queens&#8221; repeat at 8 p.m., 6.8\/11 (6.5\/10). Two encore &#8221; Everybody Loves Raymond&#8221; episodes followed, getting 7.7\/11 (5.0\/7) at 8:30 p.m. and rising to a 10.2\/15 at 9 p.m. &#8221; Becker&#8221; with Ted Danson at 9:30 p.m. grabbed a 9.3\/13. &#8221; Falcone,&#8221; nearing the end of its week-long run and already in danger of cancellation, pulled a 6.2\/10 at 10 p.m. (last week, the 9 p.m. NCAA Championship match had a 10.6\/16).<\/p>\n<p>FOX ran a repeat of &#8221; That &#8217;70s Show&#8221; at 8 p.m., which pulled a 6.8\/11 (7.1\/10). At 8:30 p.m., rookie comedy &#8221; Titus&#8221; sallied forth with a 7.2\/11 (8.5\/12). At 9 p.m., an &#8221; Ally McBeal&#8221; repeat with Calista Flockhart scored 7.4\/11 (7.2\/10).<\/p>\n<p>The WB began the night with a special &#8221; 7th Heaven&#8221; with the Los Angeles Lakers, which boosted the show to a 5.8\/9 (4.7\/7) at 8 p.m. It was followed by otherworldly &#8221; Roswell,&#8221; which managed a 4.0\/6 (last week&#8217;s &#8221; Buffy the Vampire Slayer,&#8221; 3.2\/9).<\/p>\n<p>At UPN, &#8221; Moesha&#8221; started off the night at 8 p.m. with 3.7\/6 (3.6\/6). At 8:30 p.m., &#8221; The Parkers&#8221; came in with 3.7\/6 (3.8\/6). &#8221; Grown Ups&#8221; at 9 p.m. took a 3.0\/4 (3.3\/5) and &#8221; Malcolm &#038; Eddie&#8221; kicked in with 2.6\/4 (3.0\/4) at 9:30 p.m.&#8221; <\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roswell improved!!!
