The picture she shared shows screenshots from episodes of \u201cGrey&#8217;s Anatomy\u201d and \u201cState of Affairs\u201d that were filmed with the same deer.<\/p>\n<p>The deer was a topic during the \u201cActors on Actors\u201d conversation with her former co-star Ellen Pompeo. I worked with that deer years later in a different show I was doing. I\u2019m like, \u201cI know that deer. I saved that deer on \u2018Grey\u2019s Anatomy.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>POMPEO:<\/strong> You knew for sure it was the same deer?<\/p>\n<p><strong>HEIGL:<\/strong> No, they told me. But it would be amazing if I had recognized the deer. So, Ellen, it is really devastating for the world that Meredith has left Seattle.
