\nthe World Famous Flying Elvi<\/p>\n

WHAT: These stars and the Flying Elvi joined invited guests for the
\nweekend-long grand opening celebration of SPEED – The Ride,
\nLas Vegas’ newest, fastest thrill coaster. The stars will
\nride the intense rollercoaster that sends passengers below
\nground, through a loop and then straight up a 224-foot tower
\nbefore repeating the entire experience backwards. SPEED –
\nThe Ride, which runs along the famed Las Vegas Strip, can
\nreach speeds of 70 mph at optimum performance.<\/p>\n

WHERE: SPEED – The Ride is located in the NASCAR Cafe at the
\nSahara Hotel and Casino. 2535 Las Vegas Blvd. South.<\/p>\n

WHEN: The Grand Opening celebration began Friday, April 28 and
\nconcludes Sunday, April 30, from 2 to 5 p.m., PST.<\/p>\n
