Tonight the 6th season of “Grey’s Anatomy” premiers in a two hour event on the ABC network. <\/p>\n
The first episode is titled “Good Mourning; Goodbye” and you can see some spoilerish promotion stills on Zap2it.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n As already reported, Katherine Heigl who plays Isobel \u201cIzzie\u201d Stevens on the show is going to take a five-episode hiatus from \u201cGrey\u2019s Anatomy\u201d in order to film the movie \u201cLife As We Know It\u201d. Majandra Delfino is going to be in the movie which Katherine and her mother\/manager Nancy Heigl are executive producing.<\/p>\n Izzie’s temporary absence is rumored to be revolved around the merger of Seattle Grace and its crosstown rival hospital Mercy West.
