The Parents Television Council recently announced its TV’s top 10 best shows and 10 worst shows for last year.<\/p>\n

Leading the approved list for family viewing is CBS’ “Touched by an Angel.” In the other corner is the World Wrestling Federation’s “Smackdown!” show on UPN.<\/p>\n
