Hello, folks. We would like to invite you to help us celebrate Crashdown's one year anniversary. Yes, we know that technically the Crashdown site "launched" in December, but since Crashdown was actually a relaunched version of the first ever Roswell site (Area 51), we decided to celebrate the anniversary halfway between the Area 51 launch and the Crashdown launch. (Besides, today is also NetRanger, Squanto, and LisaBham's birthday -- seems like a fitting date to me!)

We have several treats in store for you in the next few days, but we will start with just a few at the moment.

• Crashdown Timeline - Timeline of the events leading up to the launch of Crashdown, as well as major milestones for the last year.

• Staff Messages - "Birthday" Messages from the Crashdown Staff

• Birthday Poem - written for Crashdown by Jude, our "poet laureate"

Each of the Roswell message boards also has a "Birthday" thread, on which you can post your own reflections and help us to celebrate. Please drop in and say "Hi!"
