A United Stand: come light a candle with us

Many people have sent some form of this announcement in to crashdown asking if it could be posted on the site. Many more have written in thanking us for the links to the Red Cross and other sites that they have been able to support. People need to feel like they are doing something, anything, to help out even in some small way. And every little thing we do does help. It brings us together, and eases a little of the numbness. So if you can, please support this effort. Take a few minutes out of your day and show your support for America, for freedom, and for the civilized world in this nightmare that we have shared the last few days. The OTO’s from Roswell 2 have also started something that is spreading throughout Fan Forum to show solidarity. They are placing a graphic of a burning candle in their posts. A United Stand: Come Light A Candle With Us

To show our support not only for our county but also for our Freedom we as Americans will come together as one on Friday September 14th at 7:00 p.m. We as proud American’s will show everyone from around the world that we are United Americans and will not be defeated. At 7:00 p.m. tomorrow night (your local time) we are asking each American, or our friends in other countries to step outside their door, home, place of business or establishment, stop your car (safely) and light a candle in unison to show the world that we are strong and united together, against terrorism.
WE STAND UNITED TOGETHER – WE WILL NOT TOLERATE TERRORISM!
