After fierce voting, we’re pleased to announced the winners of PEOPLE.com’s Sixth Annual Most Beautiful People Poll. Millions of votes were cast, but in a photo finish it was James Marsters (Spike, on Buffy the Vampire Slayer) who narrowly beat out Jon Bon Jovi. The nine runners-up include the lone wolf of La Femme Nikita, two ER doctors (and lovers) and one human and one alien from Roswell.
