Fans of the WB Roswell series have come up with a hot idea to ensure that the sci-fi show is renewed next season — send Tobasco sauce to Warner Bros. execs, along with letters of support for the series. (Tobasco sauce is a favorite of the show’s alien characters.) More than 2,000 bottles have reportedly been dispatched. Warner Bros., which is not about to miss a publicity opportunity, has repackaged some of the bottles themselves and redirected them to the press, accompanied by a letter describing the save-Roswell campaign being directed from an Internet fan site.
