BURBANK, CA (April 11, 2000) With one week of results in,
The WB�s move of ROSWELL to Monday nights at 9 p.m. and
“Felicity” to Wednesdays at 9 p.m. has succeeded in
attracting more viewers in the network�s core demographics.

ROSWELL retained 77% of “7th Heaven�s” adult 18-34
audience, 70% of its persons 12-34 audience and 67% of
its adult 18-49 audience, ALL BETTER THAN ANY OTHER
SHOW IN THE TIME PERIOD THIS SEASON. Additionally,
the sci-fi drama retained 61% of the audience of the network�s
highest-rated show “7th Heaven,” which is also better than any
series has done in the time period this year.

ROSWELL performed extremely well in male demos,
scoring the best number of the season in its time period
in men 18-34 (1.2/4) and its best time period performance
in men 18-49 (1.1/3) since the first week of the season.

ROSWELL�snumbers were better across the board than any
Monday night show in more than five months with the exception
of “7th Heaven.” Other than “7th Heaven” on Mondays,
ROSWELL scored the best adult 18-34 number (1.3/4) since
September 20, 1999, 29 weeks ago. You�d have to go back 27
weeks to find a People 12-34 rating as good as the 1.9/5
ROSWELL earned on Monday and 29 weeks to find a better
figure in that demo. The adult 18-49 rating of 1.4/4 equaled the
network�s best in that time period since October 4, 1999, 27
weeks ago. It has been 22 weeks since a show other than “7th
Heaven” performed better on a Monday in women 18-34 (1.5/4)
and women 18-49 (1.7.4).

For the night, The WB beat NBC in females 12-34 (2.9-to-2.7),
tied it in Persons 12-34 (2.3) and was the top-rated network in
female teens (5.7/18) and was #2 in total teens (4.3/14)
