On December 20, 2005 the entry “A very cassavetes Christmas” got published. According to this news item, Brick ended up on the list of the Spirit Awards.

Brick is nominated for the Jon Cassavetes Award, given to the best feature made for under $500,000. The producer Ram Bergman is also up for the AMC/American Express Producers Award.
