Two more seasons for “Friday Night Lights”

Variety reported on March 31, 2009 that the NBC series “Friday Night Lights” received green light. The 4th and 5th season are going to consist of 13 episodes both. Before the episodes will air on NBC they first run on the 101 Network channel without commercial breaks.

Jason Katims told Variety “As a TV writer, you rarely get that opportunity to know exactly what the life of your series is going to be. Down to every last person who works on this show, we are invested and passionate about the future.”
