Emilie Joins “34th Battalion” – WWI-Set Australian Film

On November 13th, Deadline.com published an article about the upcoming WWI-set Australian film “The 34th Battalion”. With reference to this article, Dark Horizons added some further casting information.

According to DarkHorizons.com, Emilie de Ravin is going to join Luke Hemsworth, Charles Mesure, Les Hill, Nick Farnell, Clare van der Boom, Henry Nixon, Andrew Lees, Vince Colosimo, Ashley Zuckerman, Tony Bonner and Khan Chittenden. “The 34th Battalion” is about four friends in New South Wales who joined the Army in 1916 after the disastrous Gallipoli campaign.

Luke Sparke is going to direct the movie which he also co-wrote with his father Ian Sparke.

The production will start next year.
