Happy Belated Birthday to Gretchen J. Berg
Happy belated birthday to Gretchen J. Berg! The writer celebrated her birthday on February 8th. In case you missed it, the former Roswell writer is currently working on the next chapter of a pretty cool sci-fi-ish project. Berg and her writing partner Aaron Harberts serve as showrunners on CBS’ “Star Trek: Discovery”.
The show was created by Bryan Fuller and Alex Kurtzman for CBS All Access. International viewers will be able to watch the new episodes of the first season which consists of 13 episodes on Netflix.
Besides the official Twitter account @startrekcbs of the upcoming show, there is another official page the writers from the show are tweeting from. Follow the handle @StarTrekRoom for news and updates from the authors of the show. The writers recently shared a group photo along with actress Michelle Yeoh, who plays Captain Georgiou. The pictures features the show runners Gretchen J. Berg, Aaron Harberts as well as the authors Erika Lippoldt, Bo Yeon Kim, Craig Sweeny, Sean Cochran, Tyler Dinucci and Ted Sullivan. The last-mentioned author wrote for Jason Katims’ “Pure Genius” and was a writer on “Revenge” which starred Nick Wechsler.
