FALL TV PREVIEW

Here are more updates on your favorite shows and when they return:

ROSWELL (Monday)

How it ended: The aliens learn their calling – Max (Jason Behr) must ditch cutie-pie Liz (Shiri Appleby) for hottie Tess (Emilie de Ravin), and wild-haired Michael (Brendan Fehr) and yummy Isabel (Katherine Heigl) have to end their relationships with Maria (Majandara Delfino) and Alex (Colin Hanks).

What you can expect: In one episode, Max from 14 years in the future will return to the present for Liz’s help. We’ll also learn what really happened at the 1947 Roswell crash. “We’re getting into more imaginative storytelling,” says executive producer Jason Katims. “When I was young, watching The Twilight Zone, there was something intriguing and fascinating about those what-if stories.” The hot romantic triangle between Max, Liz and Tess will also play a prominent role this season.
