Special Screenings of ”27 Dresses” to Benefit “The Princess Project”

Palm, Inc. published a press release reporting that Katherine Heigl kicked off the initiative by donating a dress she wore in the film to “The Princess Project”. The Princess Project is an organization that helps high school girls feel special on a night that holds great importance to them by providing free prom dresses and accessories to those who cannot otherwise afford them.

Palm Inc. is working with the organization and hosts eight special screenings of Katherine Heigl’s upcoming romantic movie “27 Dresses”.

The first 27 people to arrive to each screening with a dress donation for The Princess Project will win a brand-new Palm® Centro™ smartphone from Sprint. Tickets to the charity screenings are available at participating Palm and Sprint Stores. The screenings will take place on Thursday, Jan. 10, in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
