The Spike TV Scream Awards 2010 is going bring the “Lost” cast and creators back on stage for a final farewell. It’s not known if Emilie de Ravin will unite with her co-stars on stage. Anyhow head to www.spike.com and vote for “Lost” in the “Best TV Show” category. The show is listed alongside Dexter, Doctor Who, True Blood and V.
