“Burning Love” – Season 2 Premiere

Yahoo’s scripted comedy series “Burning Love” is returning on February 14th, 2013. The web series is a spoof of the series The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and this season Colin Hanks is among the cast.

Martin Starr, who played Michael Guerin’s collegue Monk on Roswell’s third season, Ryan Hansen, Adam Brody and Nick Kroll are also starring.

Season 2 follows Damaged Darlin’ and Dental Hygenist, Julie Gristlewhite, as she searches for love amongst 16 eligible bachelors in the second installment of the popular web series that parodies reality dating shows. Cast: June Diane Raphael, Michael Ian Black, Ken Marino, Jerry O’Connell, Michael Cera, Colin Hanks, Paul Scheer, Rob Huebel, Adam Scott, Joe Lo Truglio (World Premiere)

“Burning Love” is created and written by Erica Oyama (Childrens’ Hospital) and directed by Ken Marino. Ben Stiller is executive co-producer on the show.

The web series is on schedule of The SXSW Film Conference & Festival which is taking place from March 8th to 16th. In other news, it was recently announced that the first season of the web spoof will soon premiere on TV. It will air on E! on February 25th at 10 PM EST.
