“On Monday, 20th Century Fox, which produces, `Roswell’, threatened legal action against at least one of the show’s make co-stars, Brendan Fehr and Jason Behr, for failing to appear with the rest of the cast at the Television Critics Association Press Tour in Pasadena. E! Online obtained a copy of a Fox letter, said to be addressed to Fehr, which reads in part, `Make no mistake, such a cavalier disregard of you documented commitments to the series will not be tolerated.’ Fehr’s excuse: He was in his native Canada, shooting public service announcements about sexual abuse. Behr also cited a scheduling conflict.”
