Adam Rodriguez appears in Will.I.AM’s “Yes We Can” project

Will.I.Am supports presidental candidate Barack Obama with the song “Yes We Can.” The music video features almost 40 actors, celebrities and athlets including Adam Rodriguez, Kate Walsh, Taryn Manning, Nicole Scherzinger, Scarlett Johansson, Eric Balfour, Esthero or Harold Perrineau.

Will and the other celebrities are reciting or singing along to the Obama speech on top of a stark black background, with intercut clips of the candidate delivering the address as Legend croons the refrain: “Yes we can!”

MTV.com reports with reference to a spokesperson for the project, that since it was posted, it has already garnered more than a million views on YouTube and 10 million on the host site, YesWeCanSong.com. The musician and member of the Black Eyed Peas explains his inspiration for the song in this post.
