“Grey’s Anatomy” Season Premiere
Tonight the 6th season of “Grey’s Anatomy” premiers in a two hour event on the ABC network.
The first episode is titled “Good Mourning; Goodbye” and you can see some spoilerish promotion stills on Zap2it.com.
As already reported, Katherine Heigl who plays Isobel “Izzie” Stevens on the show is going to take a five-episode hiatus from “Grey’s Anatomy” in order to film the movie “Life As We Know It”. Majandra Delfino is going to be in the movie which Katherine and her mother/manager Nancy Heigl are executive producing.
Izzie’s temporary absence is rumored to be revolved around the merger of Seattle Grace and its crosstown rival hospital Mercy West. Nora Zehetner and Robert Baker are going to join the cast in the season’s fifth episode.
