Jason Katims – Pilot Order For “Us”

The Hollywood Reporter learned that “Parenthood” creator Jason Katims has landed a pilot order from HBO for a romantic drama titled “Us”.

[…] Based on an original idea from Katims, the drama is described as a sweeping examination of the often baffling, sometimes unexpected but ultimately heart-wrenching ways love and human connection can be found today through a vast web of seemingly unconnected people.

“Parenthood” ended its six season run in January 2015. Jason Katims’ comedy “About a Boy” was sadly canceled by NBC afterwards. It starred Majandra Delfino’s husband David Walton. Wouldn’t it be nice to see some familiar faces in his new show, too?
