Shiri In Negotiations To Direct A Disney+ Movie

The Hollywood Reporter reports exclusively that Shiri Appleby is in negotiations to direct a movie for Disney+. “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” is a romantic comedy. The movie for Disney+ is entitled “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” and centers around teenage friends who wake up 20 years later to find out they are married and living a life neither of them expected. Andrew Gunn is producing the feature with a script by Emma Fletcher.

Shiri recently directed an episode of ABC‘s ”Mixedish“. The Roswell, New Mexico episode ”What If God Was One of Us” was directed by her as well and it is scheduled to air on April 6, 2020 on The CW.
