Majandra Joins ABC Comedy Pilot

Deadline reports, that Majandra Delfino joined an untitled ABC comedy pilot which centers on newlyweds who get the opportunity of a lifetime to run a hip new restaurant. Mandy Moore will play newlywed Annie and Majandra will star as her sister, who is divorced and living at home. The single-camera show will be directed by Shawn Levy. According to Huffingtonpost, the show was given a production commitment in October.

Majandra’s husband David Walton has a new project as well. As earlier reported, he is going to star in the upcoming NBC show “Bent” – a new romantic comedy about two people who may be bent, but are definitely not broken. The show will premiere on March 21st and according to Majandra “It’s super funny and he’s super dreamy.”
