Carly brought some great Colin Hanks news to Colin-Hanks.com. Colin will be going to Broadway starting next month with the show “33 Variations” in the upcoming Broadway production “33 Variations” of Moisés Kaufman.

News sources already reported in November 2008 that Jane Fonda returns to Broadway as a musicologist racing against time to unravel one of Beethoven’s towering obsessions as well as her own legacy.

Now, Playbill.com reports that Samantha Mathis of “Grey’s Anatomy” and Colin Hanks will join the Oscar and Emmy Award winner.

On Broadway.com some more information about Colin’s character in the play are given:

Hanks has been cast as Katherine’s nurse, Mike Clark.

Hanks, who will make his Broadway debut in 33 Variations, starred in the London production of Kenneth Lonergan’s This Is Our Youth.

Tickets are currently on sale to the general public. The play will begin previews on February 9 and open on March 9 at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre in New York City.
