“Firefly Lane” Season 2 in Production

Katherine Heigl is back in Vancouver in order to film new episodes for the Netflix show “Firefly Lane”. The busy actress shared an episode still from the first season on her Instagram page with the caption: “Hey you… yeah I’m pointing at you! 😉 Hi!!! So I am in the wonderful city of Vancouver ❤ busy filming the second season of #FireflyLane Yay! Look out for it coming your way on @netflix in 2022!”
Watch or rewatch “Firefly Lane” on Netflix until the new season will debut next year. “Not seen the first season? Now’s your chance to catch up!,” she added. If you were wondering why Katie didn’t post a brand new photo from the current production, here is the reason: “p.s. I’d love to share some behind the scenes pictures with y’all but I can’t… yet. 🙂 Sorry!”
The Netflix show got renewed for a second season back in May.
The series centers on Tully (Katherine Heigl) and Kate (Sarah Chalke), who support each other through good times and bad with an unbreakable bond that carries them from their teens to their 40s. The series is based on the book of the same name by Kristin Hannah.
It is a little different for sure. The protocols are very strict and cautious for obvious reasons, but you soon adjust. 🙂
