The animated kids series “Talking Tom and Friends” has been renewed for a second season. Colin Hanks is among the all-star voice cast lending his voice to Talking Tom again.
The series centers on the cat Tom and his friends as they try to film their own reality TV show.
In addition to Colin Hanks the series welcomes back the voice cast Lisa Schwartz (Party Girl), James Adomian (Comedy Bang Bang!, Gravity Falls), Maria Bamford (Lady Dynamite, WordGirl) and Tom Martin (The Simpsons, WordGirl) as head writer. Broadwayworld.com reports that the series will return to the small screen for 52 brand new episodes full of adventures, hijinks and inventions.
The first season of the series is returning from a break on September 22, 2016. While the new season is set to premiere in 2017.

In other news: Colin is currently filming new episodes for the CBS show “Life In Pieces”. It will be back with new episodes this fall. Season 2 of the funny family show premieres Thursday October 27th at 9:30/8:30c PM.
