The limited series “The Offer” got a release date. The new Paramount+ show starts streaming on April 28, 2022. Along with the premiere date, a first poster has been released.
Colin Hanks plays Gulf & Western Executive Barry Lapidus, while Giovanni Ribisi will play crime boss Joe Colombo. Don Fogler plays director Francis Ford Coppola. “I admire your pictures very much” The Offer. Streaming April 28th. Only on Paramount+”, wrote Colin on Instagram when he shared the official poster.
“You can’t make a classic without pulling some strings“ is the headline of the artwork, which shows the characters of the ten-part series at the Paramount lot and a clever idea transfers the shadows of the shown characters to strings.
The series gives a behind the scenes look at the iconic 1972 film and stars Miles Teller as Albert S. Ruddy, Matthew Goode as Robert Evans, Juno Temple as Bettye McCartt, Giovanni Ribisi as Joe Colombo, Dan Fogler as Francis Ford Coppola, Burn Gorman as Charles Bluhdorn and Colin Hanks as Barry Lapidus.
It is based on the experiences of producer Albert S. Ruddy during the making-of this movie.
